We understand that as a paying customer you would like your articles reviewed in a timely manner. That is exactly why our Article Coaches work as efficiently as possible to review each article within one business day.
However, please keep in mind that our business week runs Monday through Friday, so articles submitted on Friday will be first in the queue on Monday morning. Being that our Article Coaches are human they also have weekends and national holidays to recharge their batteries.
If you find that your articles are staying in the queued for a much longer period of time, please send an email to customer service and a technician will take a look at your account.
