I Didn’t Subscribe, But I Just Got Billed Again!

We understand your frustration but please keep in mind that every Content Crooner subscription is handled through your PayPal account. When you sign up for a membership with Content Crooner, you agree to a monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription (only the monthly subscription is available now). Every Content Crooner account, with the exception of Lifetime Memberships, comes with an automatically renewing subscription in PayPal.

Therefore, if your account was recently debited by PayPal for a recurring subscription payment, it is because PayPal shows that you are a subscribed member. Each time your PayPal account makes a payment, then your Content Crooner subscription renews and your Content Crooner account is active until the next billing date.

To sum up, all monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date. If you would like to alter your subscription, please login to your PayPal account before your next billing cycle. Also, please feel free to contact the Content Crooner Customer Care Center to request a refund.
