When you submit an article, you're added to a number of mailing lists, per the Email Usage Agreement. This is a beautiful thing, and means that your articles are getting wide exposure through all of these lists.
Please know that these user groups, lists and forums will only accept articles from subscribed members. If you unsubscribe, we can't distribute your articles to these places. If you continue to stay on the lists, then your exposure will increase!
If you are worried about the amount of email that you are receiving, then Please keep in mind that there are many ways to slim down on the emails, but these processes are left up to each individual email owner.
Also, don't forget that it is quite simple to change your distribution schedule. Just click "Change Dates" button next to each article in your pen name account.
