We understand your concern and please be assured that we are here to help in any way that we can. We'll definitely fight for your rights!
First, this process may be easier to understand if you think of your articles as similar to being actual physical books. Content Crooner provides the service of distributing your articles to a certain number of Publishers. The publishers listed on the Content Crooner Publisher list are the distributors that have agreed to comply with our standards.
Please check to see if the website in question is listed on the Content Crooner Publisher List.
If the website is listed, then please submit a Customer Care ticket explaining your concern and a representative will be glad to contact the Publisher on your behalf.
If the website is not listed on the Content Crooner Publisher List, then most likely what happened is that your content was stolen from a directory, seeing as article directories are open to the public. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do since they are not receiving the articles from us. It would be just like how some people steal books and then make unauthorized copies of the content.
If you would like to remove the content from a website that is not listed on the Content Crooner Publisher List, then you may contact all the webmasters of the article directories that published the unauthorized content and ask them to be removed.
Or second, you may use the Google URL removal tool.
That should help you to remove this stolen content from Google listings. Please feel free to contact the Content Crooner Customer Care Center if you have any further questions.
