We are very sorry to see you leave! However, if you wish to cancel your recurring subscription, then you have two options which will allow you to do so.
First, you may click on the "Unsubscribe" button from inside your pen name account. Then please proceed to the next page to confirm your cancellation.
The second option is that you may cancel your subscription via PayPal. To cancel, simply login to your PayPal account and click the “Help” link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. In the search box, enter the question: “How do I cancel my subscription?” Paypal will guide you through the rest of the process.
Once you've canceled your subscription in PayPal's system, your author account will be closed at the END of the current billing cycle. After that date, you will need to reinstate your account in order to submit more articles or view your reports.
Please know that you may easily activate your subscription again at anytime by clicking on the "Reactivate" button from inside your pen name account. Also, please do not worry about losing your articles. All your account information will remain intact, although inactive. We look forward to working with you again in the near future!
