Hi Jessie,

Thank you for contacting Content Crooner! We are so sorry to see you go :(

However, please know that your PayPal subscription has been canceled and your Content Crooner account is now inactive. Your Content Crooner account information will remain intact should you wish to reactivate your Content Crooner account in the future. To start submitting articles again, simply click on the "Reactivate" button from inside your Content Crooner account.

Regarding your refund, we would be happy to comply with your request. The good news is that the Accounting Department is already processing your refund. We will notify you in the next few days via email when your refund is complete.
