Problem
This is quit frustrating, i just signed up for the service and paid and Im running into system errors already. It wont let me add a pen name.
Everytime i go to confirm it takes me to a broken or blank page. I have tested on 3 different browsers now.
Basically I cant move forward as it wont allow me to set a pen name.
Please contact me asap as I had the day off to get all my submissions complete.

Hey Peter,
I'm sorry about the errors you were coming across. I just tested it from your account right now and it seems to be working fine now. You may be to try again and get it to work. And I've alerted our tech department about the errors. I'll let you know if they're able to fix anything. :)
When you login to your master account, you'll notice a link that says "add a pen name". Try doing it that way and let me know if it works. You'll notice the URL you mentioned is different from the one inside your pen name account. That's probably why it didn't work.

That's an old link and we'd like to make sure it's completely removed in order to prevent this from happening again. :)

Above is the URL that comes up as a blank page when i try to submit the new pen name details
