Refund Request For Double Billing

Hello,

I signed up in September. Then in October, I was told that I had to sign up again, as I didn't sign up for recurring billing. So I signed up again. I just found that I've been charged twice in October, and in November. I'd like to keep my account active, but I don't want to be charged twice a month. Also, I'd like a refund of $99.98, and amount that I was charged twice for in Oct and Nov.

I only have one pen name.

I sent you the refunds and canceled the subscriptions in question. I also gave you some free subscription time for the trouble. :)
